Mark Tibbetts – President
Mark Tibbetts joined Hayes Mechanical in 2010 as Chief Financial Officer. In 2018, Mark Tibbetts was named President of Hayes Mechanical.

Fred Steinbach
Vice President
Fred Steinbach brings nearly 50 years of industry experience, having worked in the industrial construction and maintenance industry since 1976. He joined Hayes in 2010 as a General Superintendent and Project Manager, where he played a key role in managing complex projects, developing client relationships, and supporting the company’s continued growth. Through his leadership, industry expertise, and commitment to excellence, Fred was promoted to Vice President in 2022. In his current role, he provides strategic leadership, oversees operations, and works closely with clients and project teams to ensure the successful execution of projects while maintaining Hayes’ commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Matt Mosny
Director of Quality Control
Matt Mosny brings 24 years of industry experience, including 14 years dedicated to quality assurance and quality control. He has been a valued member of Hayes for the past six years and has served as Director of Quality Control for the last two years. As an AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) and a proud member of the UA Local 597 Pipefitters, Matt is committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance across all projects. His extensive industry knowledge and dedication to excellence help ensure exceptional results for our clients on every project.
Ken Kantowski
General Superintendent / Project Manager
Ken Kantowski brings 27 years of industry experience and has been a valued member of the Hayes team since 2015. He joined Hayes as a Field Superintendent, where he successfully led complex industrial and construction projects while building strong relationships with clients and field personnel. In 2020, Ken transitioned into a Project Manager role, expanding his responsibilities to include project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and overall project execution. His leadership and proven track record led to his promotion to General Superintendent in 2022, where he now oversees field operations, manpower coordination, safety, quality, and project performance across multiple projects. A proud member of the UA Local 597 Pipefitters, Ken brings a deep understanding of the skilled trades and a commitment to delivering successful outcomes for every client.
